    • Install: Nationwide Smart Home installs the security and/or home automation equipment and assumes warranty of equipment.

    • Training: A dedicated Nationwide Smart Home representative for your community provides smart home system training for your homeowners. Continued training is available and there is no limit on the number of times we train the homeowner—or any fees.

    • 3 Years of Home Automation: We provide three years of access to the Nationwide Smart Home smart home platform. This is available to homeowners who do not want to sign up for Nationwide Smart Home monitoring and choose to self-monitor.

    • Custom Packages: All new construction home technology packages can be customized by Nationwide Smart Home professionals for your brand and budget level.

  2. Design Center Upgrade

    • Homebuyer Presentations: We can provide ADT Security smart home automation lifestyle packages for you to present to prospective homeowners.

    • Increased Revenue: You can upcharge ADT Security home automation and security equipment for additional revenue—and the homeowner can wrap the cost into their mortgage—if you have the capability to do so.

    • No Construction Delay: We install all equipment post-construction since our secutiy systems are wireless to help avoid construction delays. We can also pre-wire homes if you want a wired security system for your homes.

    • Marketplace Comparisons: We will also share lifestyle package examples used by other builders for review to give you a sense of what is working in the marketplace.

  3. Rebate Program

    • Close Lists: As an Nationwide Smart Home Builder Partner, you provide Nationwide Smart Home with your close lists or express written consent forms signed by the homeowner.

    • Equipment Discounts: We provide you with a special discount on smart home automation and security equipment for your model homes, design centers, division offices and construction trailers.

    • Installation and Monitoring Discounts: Nationwide Smart Home will provide your new homeowners with special installation and monitoring discounts.

    • Install: All installs can be completed post-construction.
